Remote diagnosisThis service is just for machines of Homag group, where modem or NIC is installed. What is a remote diagnosis? There is a service diagnostic centre on each production plant where just experienced staff works only. With the help of diagnostic stand they can identify the cause of lots of errors of your machine. To diagnose your machine you need: 1. To wire up a phone line to machinem, which does not have any parallel phones. 2. To connect our service center and inform of the phone line number and connect to modem for machine connection, short description of the error and machine number. 3. To offer a letter of guarantee. There should be an operator near the machine during the diagnostics to comment all processing with the machine. You can conclude an annual treaty for each of the machines. The advantage is – you do not need to offer a letter of guarantee and the cost will be lower. |
