Start-up work

Start-up work includes qualified machine starting and staff training concerning to the work techniques, settings and services for trouble-free machine operation. Installation supervision supplies by the head specialist of Variobalt Copmany, who always trains on the machine factory of origin.

Start-up work terms:

  • The equipment should be unloaded out of transport in strict correspondence with the unloading instruction and do not have any damages.
  • You should unpack the machine in the presence of Variobalt representative.
  • To prepare dry and heated production unit for equipment installation.
  • Level floor and load capacity should be provided.
  • Free area for installation of the equipment in order to change the place of the loading-unloading unit.
  • The machine should stay on the destine place.
  • All communications should be pipe to the place of equipment. All connections are making by the customers.
  • Lifting mechanism and several staff persons should be provided if needed.

      If you want to start start-up work you are to send us a request with the confirmation of above mentioned points.

      The request must be sent 1 week beforehand.
