Warranty equipment repair

Operating conditions of warranty assistance:

By warranty responsibilities are meant free repair and spare parts, construction units, aggregates changings during guarantee period.

Warranty terms:
Warranty period 1 year or 2000 working hours.
And only service department accepts a decision to change broken spare parts, construction units, aggregates.

If you have some defects during the warranty period you need to send a request:

Our specialists will make a defect identification act so we could order these spare parts. These spare parts will be installed in the shortest possible time.

Guarantee event definition
Guarantee event – is an event when one of the warranty equipment component is out of work. Non-guarantee event:
- mechanic damage
- if there are any foreign objects, liquids or insects inside the work-piece
- damages caused by natural disasters, fires or social factors;
- damages caused by nonconformance of Russian government technical requirements (telecommunication system, cable system);
- equipment failure caused by regular depreciation such as driving-belts, milling tools, blades;
- damages caused by tools blocking which could be reason of electromotor failure.  

The product became non-warranty in following cases:
- the product has signs of outside interference;
- product repair is carrying out by non-certified specialist.

If the case is non warranty, we will issue an invoice which you should pay not later than in 30 days.
